A new vegan restaurant called Sprig & Vine opened this past Tuesday in New Hope, Penn. If you’re looking for something new to experience this weekend, I definitely suggest you check it out. The owner is vegan chef Ross Olchvary, and he has seven years of experience, so I bet the food is tasty. I’m jealous that I don’t live closer to try it out.

The restaurant seems to have a relaxed atmosphere, because it has a BYOB (bring your own beer and wine) policy. They have limited dinner hours, so be sure to consult the website before driving over.
